5Q and APEST

This 50-minute workshop introduces 5Q (APEST)—a framework drawn from Ephesians 4 that helps the church rediscover the full spectrum of Christ's leadership through apostles, prophets, evangelists, shepherds, and teachers. Alan will guide participants in understanding their own ministry strengths and how diverse leadership types contribute to a healthy, missionally effective ecosystem. The session offers both insight and practical tools for building more balanced, collaborative, and adaptive teams.
