In this workshop, Alan Hirsch explores mDNA—the core elements that have consistently fueled Jesus movements across history. Rather than adding more programs, this session invites leaders to recover the church's "native genius": a simple but powerful pattern embedded within the gospel itself. Participants will discover how these elements work together to form living, reproducing communities of faith, and how to shift from maintaining structures to cultivating movement.
