Re-Imagining Success
Richard Black
The Western Church is beginning to embrace a mixed ecology of church planting—an open space where legacy models make room for hyper-local expressions, house churches, missional communities, monastic orders, and forms shaped deeply by local context.
But if we are to truly inhabit these new ways of being, we must be willing to rethink what success looks like. Too often, it’s been measured by the familiar ABCs—attendance, buildings, and cash. What if those metrics are too narrow for the kind of life we’re seeking?
In this workshop, Richard explores healthier markers of ministry success—ones that still pursue fruitfulness, but with a wider, more imaginative lens.
